you have to study about them before u start investing in them. i would suggest u to go to taxlienuniversity.com or buy the book "The 16% Solution How To Get Interest Rates". well...i havent read the book but it has really good ratings. google could be a good source too. all the best

Re: Tax lien certificates Posted: 1/26/2005 10:09:09 PM Buying tax liens are not like buying stocks. It requires some work. Once every year all counties in Michigan sell these certificates. Normally I buy from Wayne county because number of certificates are more.
